it seems like they’re basically just copying apple and changing the name. apple genius bar = microsoft “guru” bar. so very lame.

etc.
I like Windows 7, but it really feels like when it comes to everything except the Xbox, Microsoft’s current business strategy comes down to “It took us a while, but now we have _____ too!”
Question is, will people who know nothing about computers be able to use this crap? If I have to go to my parents’ house to help them solve another stupid Windows problem, I’m gonna have to charge.
